It is our goal to put a smile on your face with the knowledge that you can have fun wearing, using or giving Lead Dog Products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it with in 30 days for an immediate refund or exchange. See our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lead Dog Industries, please return it in the original packaging and in new condition, for an exchange or refund. (Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item was a gift, the recipient will receive a non-refundable gift certificate/card valid for future purchases on our website.

When returning an item for exchange or refund please include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. Use the return address label attached to the packing slip. Send package securely wrapped, insured and pre-paid. If the item being returned was discounted as part of a special offer or promotion, we will credit you for the actual amount that you paid for the item.

When visiting the Lead Dog web site, our server automatically recognizes your domain name, but not your individual I.D. This information is collected as well as the URL's of anyone who e-mails us. We also collect any information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Sales Tax

State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who live in states where we have established offices or stores. Lead Dog Industries currently has offices and/or stores in Florida so that is the only state that we are required to collect sales tax in.
